She was quick to respond, offered helpful suggestions, and was beyond kind throughout the entire process. the chef hat that I got for my child got small, 내 I bought this one as a replacement. The fact that this one has a velcro in the back makes it really worth the money, as the child will be able to wear it much longer.

The lettering was great too. The shop owner was really prompt with questions and she provided me with a design proof right away before she went into production.

Overall, very satisfied with the purchase. I will come back here to order other things in the future.
