*NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED DUE TO PERSONALIZATION*

OUR ITEMS ARE PERSONALIZED AND ARE ALL CUSTOM WITH EMBROIDERY, PERMANENT VINYL, DTF- SCREENPRINTING, ADHESIVE PATCHES AND IRON ON. THEREFORE, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON.

OUR PROCESSING TIME IS 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED IT WILL GO IN QUE FOR SHIPPING OR PICK UP.  ITEMS ARE PLACED IN QUE FOR PERSONALIZATION WITHIN 12 HOURS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT A CANCELLATION FOR AN ORDER AFTER 2 HOURS OF BEING PLACED. EMAIL US WITH ORDER CONCERN/QUESTIONS


IF FOR ANY REASON, THERE HAPPENS TO BE A MISTAKE/ERROR ON OUR END, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.  IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP AND LET US KNOW WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE ONLY. AFTER 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON.

Damages, issues & lost items in mail. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP. No more than 5 days after receipt of items. PICTURES OF THE PRODUCT, THE SHIPPING LABEL AND SHIPPING BOX OR BAG ARE NECESSARY. We are NOT  responsible for orders sent to the wrong address or items that have been lost in the mail. Please contact your mailing carrier and notify us, so we can open an investigation into a claim for the lost item. We make every effort into such claims.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item within 10 days of receiving your item.


Refunds

Under special circumstances and approval, you may be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
